My World is Grieving

These works were done during the second wave of Covid. The rulers of our country ignored the warnings of the second wave and let the entire system crumble without preparation. We experienced a continuous state of grief and fear. Every being everywhere was grieving and yet the quantum of suffering differed for the rich & the poor. Access to a hospital Bed was denied to many while the government denied the news of such a lack. The actual number of lives lost is still contested while people died waiting outside hospitals and cremation houses had kilometre-long waiting lines.
